Enjoy a delicious wine and piscos tasting in Ica. We will have the option to choose between the two best wineries in Ica: Bodega Vista Alegre or Bodega Tacama.

Itinerary

We will start the tour at 9:00 am. Our transportation will pick you up from your hotel and we will begin the visit to the “Vista Alegre Winery” (if this was selected).

Vista Alegre Winery is an industrial winery that has the capacity to produce 5 million liters of Pisco per year. It produces semi-dry, dry, red, etc. pisco and wine, unlike an artisanal winery that produces only sweet wines. Here you can see how all of its products are made.

If the choice was the Tacama winery, we will begin the visit there, where we will be able to appreciate its bell tower, from where we will have a panoramic view of a large part of its fields. We will also be able to appreciate the different instruments used to make pisco and wine over time, we will see stills, jugs, etc. The Tacama vineyard covers an area of 200 hectares and is located in the Ica Valley.

Finally, we will visit the Caravedo Distillery, with its state-of-the-art industrial plant, considered the best in South America. We will not only tour its facilities, but also, at the end, we will have a tasting of its pisco “El Portón”; La Caravedo is dedicated to the production of various piscos under the leadership of master distiller Jhonny Schuler. Return to your hotel in Ica.
