Después de una clase de preparación de cócteles junto a la playa en la que conocerá el icónico Pisco Sour de Perú, nos dirigiremos al galardonado restaurante Amaz, uno de los favoritos del difunto Anthony Bourdain, donde el célebre chef Pedro Miguel Schiaffino ha compartido una receta exclusiva para nuestros clientes. Podrá probar a preparar su propio plato amazónico acompañado del menú degustación de la selva de Lima Gourmet.

Después de aprender los secretos de la preparación de un plato único, podrá degustar una serie de deliciosos platos peruanos en el famoso restaurante Huaca Pucllana con espectaculares vistas de las ruinas preincaicas. Aquí probará lo mejor de las recetas peruanas de la chef Marilú Madueño con otro menú especialmente diseñado para nosotros.

Por último, daremos un paseo nocturno con un pintoresco tour gastronómico a pie en Lima, por el bohemio barrio de Barranco, donde terminará con un delicioso postre.
